Collecting

We are deeply committed to sustainability, which is why we have implemented a biweekly collection program for discarded flip-flops. By gathering these unwanted items regularly, we ensure that they are responsibly recycled and repurposed.

Transporting

We take pride in our comprehensive process of transforming waste into value. Once the flip-flops are collected, we transport them to specialized upcycling plants. At these facilities, the discarded flip-flops undergo a meticulous transformation process, turning them into new, eco-friendly products.

Cleaning

The journey of repurposing collected flip-flops begins with a thorough cleaning process to ensure they are free from any impurities. Once cleaned, the flip-flops are meticulously ground into fine rubber powder. This rubber powder becomes a valuable raw material, ready to be used in the creation of innovative, new products.

Formation

The transformation of rubber powder into new products is a carefully crafted process. First, the finely ground rubber powder is formed into durable sheets. These sheets serve as the foundational material for creating brand-new flip-flops.
