Exchange and Return policy
We accept returns on items within 14 days of your purchase as long as the items meet the conditions of our returns policy.
Customized flipflops can't be exchanged or refunded – You can visit our store to make any changes in stud placements.
Any items returned to our head office after the 14 days will be denied any form of refund or store credit, there are NO exceptions to this.
Any item that is being returned must be in their original condition including brand tags, security ribbon and sanitary labels if they have. Once waves have received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund is issued.
We accept refunds on full priced items. However, items bought during any SALE online will not be refundable, we would only accept a
return for an exchange or store credit.
Delivery charges are non refundable
If you would prefer, you can also return to our shop or head office at your own expense. AED25 will still be deducted from your refund if you originally selected free next day delivery.
Waves reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
All refunds will be processed the same day once we have approved your returned item and can take 10 working days to reach your account. The refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
If you paid with cash, please note we do NOT refund cash payments. You will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
If you buy items in our SALE, these items will NOT be eligible for refund. An exchange or store credit would be done ONLY.
What items are non-refundable ?
Customized flip-flops and sales items are non refundable
What if my items are damaged or received Wrong order?
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at order@wavesflipflops.ae and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have been sent a wrong or faulty item.
How soon will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed with in 2 days once approved your returned item and can take 10 working days to reach your account.

Do you adjust shipping fees?

Can I cancel my order?
Customers can cancel their order/requested services within 1-2 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 4-5 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
